Job Description
Oversees staff performance, manages staffing, hiring, orientation, and discipline, while fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
Manages budgets and resources, maintains appropriate staffing and understands healthcare finance. Leads and supports performance and quality improvement initiatives, implements evidence‑based practice changes, and ensures compliance with professional standards and hospital policies.
Utilizes critical thinking and technology in decision‑making, problem‑solving, and integrating new systems to enhance patient care and outcomes. Provides strong leadership and mentorship, ensures high‑quality clinical care, supports staff development, and maintains clear communication and planning for patient care delivery.
Qualifications Bachelor's of Nursing (Required), Master's of Nursing Acute/Critical Care Clinical Nurse Specialist (CCNS) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS) - RQI Resuscitation Quality Improvement, Certified Nurse Manager and Leader (CNML) - EV Accredited Issuing Body, Lean Bronze Certification - Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV Accredited Issuing Body
Pay Range $77,758.69 - $144,624.32
