About the role As a Program Manager with our ELA Outage Maintenance Services team, you will provide central expertise, support, and control for the organization's technical projects and programs. This will include developing technical project management best practices, providing training and mentoring to project teams, and monitoring dependencies across multiple projects. You will play an important part in developing customer relationships and growing the product line's business opportunities in Europe, Asia, and Latin America. This will be done through successful implementation of projects, programs, or processes associated with reactor component upgrades in Westinghouse Nuclear Power Plant designs.
You will report to the Program Manager for EMEA Reactor and Fuel Services and be located at our Waltz Mill facility in Madison, PA.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee the implementation of projects, processes, and personnel for Reactor Component Upgrades in Europe, Asia, and Latin America
Establish operational plans for Baffle Bolt Replacement and Clevis Bolt Replacement projects in Europe, Asia, and Latin America
Work with product manager to develop business opportunities for Reactor Component Upgrades in Europe, Asia, and Latin America
Develop and mentor project managers for the reactor component upgrades projects in Europe, Asia, and Latin America
Develop and implement new projects or processes for RCU in Europe, Asia, and Latin America
Business growth through development of innovative technology
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent technical discipline
5+ years experience in Project Management role in engineering applications or equivalent
Project Manager certification
We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $130,400.00 to $163,000.00 per year.
