Our client, a leading organization in the healthcare industry, is seeking an Inventory Control Clerk – A to join their team. As an Inventory Control Clerk – A, you will be part of the Distribution Operations supporting inventory management and order processing. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Inventory Control Clerk – A Location: North Chicago, IL
Pay Range:
Shift: 11am – 7:30pm
What’s the Job?
Audit inventory on DFCS/SAP/ADMS to ensure system accuracy and balance
Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies during daily order processing
Process rejected, expired, and short-dated products, supporting quality and manufacturing teams
Resolve orders on hold related to inventory status and cancel orders as needed
Monitor system error logs and communicate issues to appropriate personnel
What’s Needed?
Experience with WMS / SAP Inventory Control systems (preferred)
Ability to follow detailed instructions and utilize multiple resources effectively
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
Ability to work in cold storage environments at -20°C or colder
