We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive Assistant Office Manager to join a small, dynamic team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and can balance administrative, operational, and light bookkeeping responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day office operations, including vendor management, supply procurement, and general administrative support.

Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements for executives.

Assist with document coordination tasks, including data entry and timeline tracking.

Perform light bookkeeping duties such as inputting and coding invoices, tracking expenses, and generating reports.

Maintain and update internal processes, policies, and documentation.

Support team with ad hoc projects and administrative tasks as needed.

Coordinate internal and external meetings and company events.

Qualifications

2+ years of office management and administrative experience required.

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage shifting priorities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (basic data entry required; formulas, pivot tables, and VLOOKUPs are a plus).

Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain professionalism when interacting with external stakeholders.

Ability to thrive in a small office environment and work collaboratively with a lean team.

Hybrid schedule, Tampa (3–4 days in office).
