Job Title: Project Coordinator/MarketingJob Description
Responsibilities
Design and submit award entries, ensuring all deadlines are met.
Collaborate with internal and external project teams to create custom, project-specific proposal submissions.
Coordinate social media content and initiatives across multiple platforms.
Partner with the marketing team and design staff on special initiatives.
Develop, write, and layout marketing collateral.
Research, analyze, and report on new opportunities, potential clients, and industry trends.
Maintain CRM, database, and marketing files.
Create tailored approaches and maintain materials for proposals, business development, correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Support multiple initiatives concurrently.
Essential Skills
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in architecture, design, or related field.
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Strong written, verbal, and graphic communication skills.
Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Interest in the company’s mission, portfolio, and sectors.
Experience with marketing, proposals, social media, and website management.
Familiarity with Deltek, digital marketing, and graphic design.
Work Environment & Benefits
Based in New York, NY, with in-office presence required four days per week; remote option available on Monday or Friday.
Opportunity to work on large-scale, public projects that positively impact New York City.
Time Off: 16 PTO days and 12 annual holidays.
Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Jersey City, NJ.
Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $65000.00 - $90000.00/yr.
PTO: 16 days Holidays: 12 holidays Benefits: Health insurance through Cigna, 401k ARE Exams: Covers 50% of the cost and a $500 bonus upon receiving architectural license
Workplace Type This is a hybrid position in Jersey City,NJ.
