Job Description Join our team as a customer support rep and help our customers in all stages of their order, including pre‑ and post‑purchase. In this role, you’ll leverage your customer service expertise to connect with potential customers, showcase our diverse range of products, and contribute to our continued growth.
Responsibilities
Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
Analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions and information
Present and promote our e‑commerce offerings, addressing customer inquiries
Provide recommendations and guidance to enhance the customer experience
Stay up‑to‑date with product knowledge and company policies
Assist customers with post‑purchase inquiries and resolve any issues promptly
Understand product assembly instructions and effectively communicate with customers
Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Previous experience in sales, e‑commerce sales or customer service is advantageous
Background in landscaping or trampolines is beneficial, but not required
Comfortable navigating e‑commerce platforms and understanding user behavior
Ability to handle difficult or irate customers with patience and professionalism
Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Tech‑savvy with the ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies
Familiarity with CRM systems and online chat platforms
