Support the Air Force Division as a Senior Program Manager on the F‑15 contract, contributing to the program that powers the U.S. Air Force’s most lethal and reliable fighter aircraft. The role requires technical expertise, operational insight, and a commitment to excellence in national defense capability.

Ability to perform tasks and oversee the efforts of Junior and Journeyman personnel; familiar with presenting data and recommendations to large audiences
Demonstrates advanced knowledge of their technical/professional discipline and a comprehensive understanding of associated standards, procedures, and practices; superb verbal and written communication skills
15 years of directly related experience with proper certifications as described in the PWS labor category performance requirements, eight (8) of which must be in the DoD, OR
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field and 12 years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five of which must be in the DoD, O
Master’s or Doctorate Degree in a related field and ten years of experience in the respective technical/professional discipline, five (5) years of which must be in the DoD
Preferred Qualifications / Skills
Apply a full range of acquisition program management philosophy, policies, and procedures to support existing and future F‑15 Division aircraft programs
Understand current DoD and AF‑specific acquisition regulations, guidelines, and processes
Support acquisition program management of full life cycle requirements, subsystems, and equipment
Experience in FMS‑related positions for at least senior eight (8) years
Working knowledge of the ITAR, transportation plan development, and the Defense Transportation System
Understand the Congressional Notification and Release in Principle/Release in Specific (RIP/RIS) approval process and support the program office through it
Responsibilities
Assist with developing documents such as MOAs, MOUs, SOOs, PWSs, SOWs, RFPs, Mission Needs Statements, ORD, ICD, CDD, CPD, Milestone Documentation, AoA, and RFRD
Support review of proposals; coordinate documentation across financial, management, procurement, engineering, and logistics functions; consolidate inputs into common documents
Support key acquisition events and reviews (SRRs, PDRs, CDRs, TRRs, TCMs, FCAs, PCAs, PRRs, and others as applicable)
Assist in producing or reviewing program office products (business case analyses, trade‑off studies, acquisition estimates, acquisition strategies, and plans)
Provide milestone documentation support per DoDI 5000.02; ensure consistency with program strategy; draft, coordinate, adjudicate comments, and produce final versions of coordinated milestone documents
Support development of contract strategies, WBSs, and program risk assessments to document issues impacting milestone execution
Provide technical support and participate in integrated program reviews and conferences; manage action item process after each review
Offer FMS expertise for various F‑15 Division programs across acquisition stages, from planning to program closure per DoD policies and guidelines
Assist with monitoring, reviewing, analyzing, and coordinating security assistance issues; ensure compliance with Letters of Request, Letters of Offer and Acceptance, the Foreign Assistance Act, AECA, ITAR, and other legislation
Assist with LOA, SOO/SOW development, and review of acquisition documents, export licenses, and related documentation submitted by prime or original equipment manufacturers
Assist with implementation and execution of assigned LOAs per AECA, Security Assistance Management Manual, and DSCA Manual 5105.38‑M
Provide support using DSAMS, VHR, and Manpower Requirements Package (including MTDS)
Provide acquisition expertise and advice to SAPMs, line managers, and functional team members; identify requirements for new acquisitions or modifications of weapon systems through sustainment and disposal
