The Customer Service Supervisor ensures the efficient operation of the front end of the store. The Supervisor leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a great customer experience.
Primary Responsibilities
Greet and acknowledge every customer with Ollie’s “Yes I Care, Yes I Can” approach to build long‑term loyalty.
Resolve customer service issues, answer questions, assist with transactions, and communicate requests to Team Leaders when necessary.
Ensure all front‑end products are merchandised per visual standards.
Maintain the front‑end entrance and exterior of the building.
Ensure front‑end operations, store standards, and company programs meet operational expectations.
Assist with developing, evaluating, and supervising front‑end associates.
Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Minimum of 1–2 years of retail experience in a mid‑size to large service‑oriented business (preferred).
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on a regular basis.
Positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
Physical Requirements
Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
Ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds.
Ability to stand for extended periods and work safely.
