What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop strategies to implement technology solutions that align with client business goals
Manage complex data integrations and design survey architectures that meet client needs
Lead enterprise-level implementations of SaaS platforms and configure the Qualtrics platform
Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and present technical solutions
Test and validate survey logic, data flows, and integrations to ensure quality and performance
What is Required (Qualifications)
10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in a services company or SaaS environment
BA/BS in Experience Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience
Proficiency in Qualtrics CoreXM, CustomerXM, EmployeeXM, or BrandXM modules
Strong communication skills, able to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with APIs, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and familiarity with data integrations and analytics tools
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Qualtrics or similar survey platforms in enterprise implementations
Knowledge of automation workflows within Qualtrics to trigger actions across the tech stack
Familiarity with project management and client relationship skills
Strategic thinking skills to align technology with business outcomes
Experience with additional programming languages such as SQL or Python
