Develop strategies to implement Qualtrics platforms and product features to maximize investment value Manage complex data integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity with systems like Salesforce Lead enterprise‑level implementations of SaaS platforms, focusing on aligning technology with business goals Provide client consultation and support to ensure successful project delivery and long‑term program ownership Test and validate survey logic, data flows, and integrations, troubleshooting any platform issues What is Required (Qualifications):
10+ years of experience leading complex technical programs, ideally in a services company or SaaS environment Bachelor's degree in Experience Design, Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience Proficiency in Qualtrics modules and experience with APIs, JavaScript, and other technical tools Strong communication skills to explain technical details to non‑technical stakeholders Proven project management and client relationship skills How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
