Job Summary Seeking a motivated and licensed L&H/Medicare Producer to join a growing team. This role involves managing a diverse portfolio of health insurance products, including Medicare and under‑age‑65 policies, while also focusing on life insurance sales during off‑peak seasons. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the health and Medicare insurance landscape, excellent client‑relationship skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

Compensation Package

Base Salary: $50,000 - $80,000 (commensurate with experience) + commissions

Responsibilities

Manage and grow an existing book of business including health, Medicare, and life insurance products.

Represent multiple insurance companies to provide clients with tailored solutions.

Focus on Medicare sales during the fall season and life insurance sales during off‑peak periods.

Assist clients turning 65 with Medicare enrollment and related services.

Provide quotes for new and renewal business as needed.

Maintain accurate records and utilize agency management software for account management.

Collaborate with team members to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications / Requirements

Active L&H and Medicare licenses (required).

Proven experience in health and Medicare insurance sales.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to work in‑office during the initial training period and transition to a hybrid schedule thereafter.

Self‑motivated with excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
