Qualifications

Active Property & Casualty Insurance License (Required)

Active Life & Health Insurance License (Required)

Minimum 1–2 years of personal lines sales experience preferred

Proven track record of hitting or exceeding sales goals

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills

Strong understanding of insurance coverages and underwriting guidelines

Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment

Tech savvy: CRM systems, quoting platforms, and digital communication tools

Self‑motivated with strong organizational and follow‑up skills

Key Responsibilities

Sell and bind personal lines insurance policies (Auto, Home, Specialty) as well as Life & Commercial lines, if appropriate.

Follow up with incoming leads from marketing, referrals, and telemarketing appointments.

Conduct needs assessments to match clients with the right coverage.

Quote, present, and close policies using agency sales systems.

Maintain consistent activity levels: calls, quotes, follow‑ups, and applications.

Cross‑sell additional lines to existing clients.

Maintain a clean, organized pipeline inside the CRM.

Achieve or exceed monthly premium and retention goals.

Deliver exceptional customer experience by guiding clients through the onboarding process.

Collaborate with the agency owner on sales strategy and continuous improvement.
