Responsibilities
Responsible for all departmental functions in support of the hospital mission, vision, and facility goals.
Identify cost‑effective systems to support the department's business, considering trends, resources, and customer changes.
Establish effective working relationships with all constituencies including patients, physicians, employees, volunteers, and vendors.
Identify and remedy issues through continuous customer satisfaction data and employee involvement.
Work with Senior Management to meet facility goals.
Oversee surgery, anesthesia, and sterile processing services.
Assist as RN Circulator and Scrub Tech as necessary.

Qualifications
Graduate of accredited school of professional nursing.
Baccalaureate degree preferred.
Five (5) years’ experience in surgery as circulator.
Two (2) years’ experience in surgery management including pre‑op, intra‑op, and post‑op care.
Current New Mexico RN License – BLS.
CNOR preferred – independent decision‑making skills.
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects.
Excellent communication skills with staff and physicians.
