Legal Talent Attraction Specialist at LHH Recruitment Solutions
This role is ideal for a recent graduate with a strong academic record, professional polish, and
exceptional administrative skills
who wants hands‑on experience supporting attorneys and paralegals.
What you’ll do
Create, revise, and maintain legal documents and correspondence
Edit spreadsheets and letters; format filings and exhibits
Screen and route calls; serve as liaison with internal teams and external contacts
Manage mail intake; track deadlines and key dates on the calendar
Retrieve and organize case files; maintain digital and physical filing systems
Enter attorney time accurately; assist with billing edits and follow‑ups
Coordinate schedules, meetings, travel, and conference room logistics
Prepare expense reports; complete internal administrative forms
Assemble clean, error‑free final documents and arrange delivery (courier/overnight)
Support client meetings and internal sessions; capture action items
Research factual information online as directed
Pitch in where needed; promote
teamwork
and
excellent client service
What you’ll bring
Bachelor’s degree (preferred) with
strong GPA
Prior legal experience or
law‑firm internship
in a support role
Typing 70+ WPM
with high accuracy
Microsoft Office
proficiency; familiarity with
iManage
a plus
Command of legal terminology; meticulous grammar and
proofreading
Ability to multitask and thrive in a
fast‑paced
environment
Organized, detail‑oriented, and
professionally composed
