Talent Attraction Specialist, Hiring for Legal Practice Area @ LHH
Job Summary

Responsibilities
Draft, edit and maintain legal documents, correspondence and spreadsheets
Screen and route calls; serve as liaison between attorneys and internal/external contacts
Manage incoming mail, maintain calendars and track deadlines
Retrieve and organize files; ensure accurate filing and document management
Enter attorney time into billing systems and assist with client billing review
Coordinate schedules, travel arrangements and prepare expense reports
Schedule meetings and reserve conference rooms; liaise with vendors and office services
Prepare and deliver final documents accurately and on time
Assist with internal and client meetings; provide general administrative support to attorneys and paralegals
Conduct factual research online as directed
Promote teamwork by assisting colleagues when needed
Handle special projects and other duties as assigned
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred; strong academic record
Previous legal experience or internship in a law firm environment preferred
Interest in pursuing a legal career and attending law school within 2–3 years
Ability to type at least 70 wpm accurately
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with iManage a plus
Strong grammar, proofreading and attention to detail
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting
Professional demeanor and ability to build trust with attorneys and staff
Depending on the specific client, location and role, the benefits may include PTO, medical, dental, vision, term life and AD&D insurance, short‑term disability and long‑term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, wellness plans and a 401k plan or a non‑qualified deferred compensation plan. Additionally, you may be eligible for paid leave including Paid Sick Leave or other paid leave required by Federal, State or local law as well as Holiday pay where applicable. Bonus eligibility and amount are based upon company and/or individual performance.
