Key Responsibilities
Receives, counts, and stores items.
Records receiving data using a computer.
Packages, unpacks, and marks stock items with identification tags, stamps, electronic marking tools, or other labeling equipment.
Identifies incorrect or short‑shipped items and immediately notifies supervisor.
Delivers products, supplies, and equipment to designated areas.
Verifies computations against physical stock counts.
Examines and inspects stock items for wear and defects.
Works closely with purchasing to track shortages for late or slow deliveries.
HS Diploma or GED strongly preferred; specialized skills training or certification may be required. Generally 2‑5 years of experience in a related area expected.
Preferred Qualifications
Forklift experience.
Familiarity with hand and power tools.
Computer literacy with experience using WMS such as SAP and/or Oracle.
Bilingual a plus.
