Rehabilitation Specialist – MICA Program (Overnight, Tue–Sat 10 PM–6 AM)

Job Summary:
The Rehabilitation Specialist implements the Recovery Model in all interactions with members, emphasizing hope, autonomy, peer support, respect, empathy, and empowerment.
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED required; a Bachelor of Arts in a human services field preferred.
At least one year of experience in mental health or psychosocial rehabilitation, or an accepted combination of education and experience.
Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
Prompt residents to start their day and assist with daily activities.
Monitor medication and facilitate transportation.
Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), make appointments, clean, cook, and provide overall caregiving support.
Support individuals in their recovery journey from mental illness, physical illness, and substance use.
