Responsibilities
Manage a high-volume inbox with filtering, prioritizing, and drafting responses.
Own and optimize the CEO’s calendar, scheduling calls, meetings, travel, and protected work time.
Assist with project management across multiple businesses (insurance, coaching, events, media, online programs).
Coordinate client follow‑ups, CRM activity, and cross‑functional communication with internal teams.
Prepare documents, presentations, meeting notes, and follow‑up action items.
Support social media organization, asset management, uploading content, and coordination with video editors/design teams.
Coordinate personal travel, reservations, appointments, and family scheduling.
Handle errands, vendors, online orders, and home‑related logistics.
Maintain confidentiality and protect the CEO’s time, energy, and priorities at all times.
High‑energy, positive, and thrive supporting a fast‑moving female CEO.
Experience supporting a busy entrepreneur, CEO, or multi‑business owner required.
Local to Little Rock (hybrid role required).
Excellent communicator – written, verbal, digital, and professional.
Proactive – anticipate needs, prevent problems, and stay three steps ahead.
Able to confidently manage multiple businesses and projects simultaneously.
Trustworthy, discreet, and emotionally intelligent.
Monday‑Friday with occasional flexibility for events or priority deadlines.

Proven experience as a personal or executive assistant with strong organizational skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and calendar management tools.
Excellent communication skills with professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
Previous experience in office management or administrative support preferred.
Knowledge of basic bookkeeping or QuickBooks is a plus but not required.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
