United Soccer Coaches
The Department of Athletics invites applications for a full-time, non-tenure-track appointment as Head Coach – 12 Months within Collective Bargaining Unit 3. The head women's soccer coach will supervise at least one assistant coach, will coordinate recruiting for the program, coordinate and create scheduling and budget for the program, and will assist the Athletic Director in athletic fund raising for the program. Essential duties and responsibilities include: recruitment of student-athletes who will represent the University and the Athletics program at the highest level, develop games strategy, coordinate scheduling, assist student-athletes in academic matters, scout opponents, meet fundraising goals, manage approved budget, and understand and work within all NCAA and CCAA rules and regulations.
APPLICATION REVIEW BEGINS JANUARY 20TH ABachelor's degree is required. Other minimum qualifications include: 2 - 3 years NCAA coaching experience at the four-year level. Excellent oral and written communication skills are required and a valid driver's license is required for travel, must pass defensive driving and DMV check.

Work collaboratively and when appropriate, provide lead direction, with other athletic department coaches and staff
Working knowledge of alumni, development, and public affairs practices
Excellent organizational, community, and public relations skills
