St. Augustine High School is accepting applications for an
RELIGION INSTRUCTOR
for the 2026-27 school year.
DUTIES
Teach Catholic high school Theology, experience with the high school learner preferred
Provide normal supervisory duties and participate in faculty and related meetings as may be required.
Develop positive communication with staff, students, administration and community.
Provide the appropriate learning atmosphere and activities designed to maximize student competencies and skills for intellectual, emotional, physical, social, and spiritual growth.
Be a Christian role model for students and comply with the educational philosophy of St. Augustine High School
QUALIFICATIONS
Possesses a degree from an accredited four-year institution with a major in Theology and the ability to teach at the high school level.
Experience with instructional technology in classroom
Has knowledge of the high school learner.
Demonstrates a personal commitment to the philosophy of a Catholic education.
Secondary teaching credential and/or Master’s in Theology strongly desired.
