It offers a part‑time Administrative Assistant position reporting to the Executive Director and working closely with the agency accountant and staff.

Responsibilities

Perform bookkeeping duties – must be proficient in

QuickBooks

Develop and maintain comprehensive and accurate records

Order office supplies and research new suppliers to ensure best pricing

Prepare and maintain personnel files, payroll data along with time accrual for each employee, submit payroll through ADP

Update and maintain office policies and procedures

Other duties as assigned

Skills

Proficiency in QuickBooks, MS Office, a must

Attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask

Hours – 20 per week – can be a flexible schedule – must work on a Friday for payroll
