This paid, full‑time, hands‑on training program is designed to develop and prepare you for a managerial career within Menards. You will gain experience working with the General Management team, Department Managers, and Store Team Members to help you advance your skills and prepare for a future management role.
Responsibilities
Participate in a comprehensive training program that covers core retail operations and business processes.
Collaborate with general management, department managers, and store team members to understand and contribute to store performance.
Assist in day‑to‑day store operations and customer service as part of the training program.
Prepare to take on a management role in the near future.
Qualifications
Outstanding customer service skills.
Ability to lead and develop a team.
Leadership experience or a business‑related degree preferred.
