What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

Recruit, hire, and train enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service

Develop and manage site operations to maintain cleanliness and organization

What is Required (Qualifications)

High School diploma or GED preferred

Experience in retail sales preferred

Valid driver's license and adequate transportation to/from bank and corporate management meetings

Ability to communicate (orally and in writing) in English

Proficiency in using a computer for report analysis, inventory control, and cash management

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

Previous experience in a supervisory or management role within retail

Familiarity with customer service best practices and conflict resolution

Experience in budgeting and financial forecasting

Skills in training and developing employees

Knowledge of safety procedures in a retail environment
