Real Estate Executive Assistant Opportunity | Fort Worth, TX As we enter 2026, The Ashton Agency is thoughtfully expanding its leadership operations and offering an opportunity to join the team as Executive Assistant to support our CEO and COO in their transactional and client-facing work. This is a highly selective opportunity designed for someone ready to operate in close partnership with executive leadership.

The role offers direct access to two principals with more than twenty years of combined experience and involvement in the execution and oversight of over $1B in real estate transactions. You will be embedded in the day-to-day flow of complex deals, strategic initiatives, and high-level client relationships—gaining insight typically reserved for senior operators.

This position is ideal for an individual who is exceptionally organized, discreet, anticipatory by nature, and motivated to learn the business at its highest level. The role provides meaningful responsibility, hands‑on mentorship, and long‑term growth potential within a lean, established leadership team.

This is a full‑time position, with in‑office expectations. Compensation includes salary plus performance‑based bonus.

This is a sales‑oriented position, not a transaction coordinator.

Responsibilities

Support our CEO and COO in their transactional and client‑facing work.

Embed in the day‑to‑day flow of complex deals, strategic initiatives, and high‑level client relationships.

Coordinate executive-level communications and workflow, handling sensitive information with discretion.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Executive Administrative Assistance and Administrative Assistance to effectively manage operations and workflows.

Strong Executive Support and communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated with the ability to effectively prioritize tasks.

Proficiency with office software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or relevant tools) and adaptability to new systems.

High school diploma or equivalent; must be an active real estate professional.
