Responsibilities
Plan and execute video shoots, including lighting, camera operation, and on-set direction
Capture clean, high-quality footage using multiple camera setups
Coordinate with clients and creative leads to ensure content aligns with brand goals
Handle location setups, gear prep, and shoot breakdowns
Collaborate with the post-production team to ensure footage meets editing needs
Maintain and organize video files for smooth project handoffs
Ensure all content meets brand and quality standards
Stay current with trends and technology in video production
Maintain and store all production equipment safely and efficiently
Requirements
Proven experience as a videographer (portfolio required)
Strong technical skills with mirrorless cameras, audio, and lighting setups
Reliable, punctual, and professional on set
Comfortable in varied shoot environments and with diverse client personalities
Solid understanding of framing, lighting, and audio fundamentals
Skilled in full manual camera operation (exposure, focus, white balance)
Experience with professional lighting and microphone use
Physically able to manage, transport, and set up gear
Preferred
Experience creating content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram
Familiarity with multi-cam setups and studio production
Basic understanding of editing workflows (e.g., Premiere Pro)
