Milwaukee, WI (Hybrid – 2–3 days onsite) - MUST BE LOCAL

About the Role: We’re seeking a Marketing
Creative Producer
to support ongoing, foundational creative
print work
for a large marketing organization. This role focuses on managing the production of
field office–facing materials
and brand execution, ensuring logos, brochures, and printed assets are accurate, compliant, and aligned to current brand standards. Please note you are not creating the content.
You’ll work closely with business partners, advisors, in-house creatives, and external vendors to manage creative production from request intake through final approval. This is a steady, detail-driven role ideal for someone who enjoys
bringing structure, consistency, and clarity
to creative work.
What You’ll Do
Manage creative print projects from intake through final delivery
Partner with marketing and business stakeholders to gather requirements and clarify scope
Coordinate with in-house creatives and external partners / vendors as needed
Maintain timelines, priorities, and status updates across multiple projects
Balance competing requests and help manage expectations around scope, timing, and capacity
Ensure quality and consistency across creative deliverables
What We’re Looking For
Experience in a creative agency or in-house creative team
Experience managing creative print projects such as logos or brochures from concept through delivery
Experience supporting marketing or client-facing creative campaigns
Familiarity with
digital, social, and print
production workflows
Experience with project management tools (Workfront or similar)
Exposure to email or digital marketing initiatives
Work Setup
Part-time:
~20 hours per week
with consistent, agreed-upon hours
Hybrid work environment with a preference for
local Milwaukee candidates
Onsite collaboration 2–3 days per week during core business hours
