We’re looking for a strategic and hands‑on
Marketing Manager
to help drive brand awareness, demand, and growth across multiple channels. This role supports marketing for all business lines (hospice, home health, and palliative) and corporate departments (recruiting, human resources, sales, etc.).
You’ll play a key role in turning business objectives into integrated marketing programs that support both corporate initiatives and local market needs.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, web, and print channels
Manage campaign timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on‑time, on‑brand execution
Partner closely with sales, operations, and leadership to align marketing efforts with growth goals
Oversee content development, including messaging, creative briefs, and asset production
Manage agency and vendor relationships, including creative, promotional, and print partners
Support local market marketing efforts with scalable, brand‑compliant tools and resources
Manage day‑to‑day communications and assignments with external and internal stakeholders, including agencies and operational departments
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance; use insights to optimize results
Ensure all marketing materials adhere to brand standards and regulatory/compliance requirements
Stay current on industry trends, competitive activity, and emerging marketing best practices
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
7+ years of experience in marketing, brand management, or integrated campaign execution
Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid media, SEO, email, social)
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment
Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external vendors
Data‑driven mindset with comfort analyzing performance metrics and KPIs
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Healthcare, multi‑location, or B2B/B2C hybrid experience is a plus
Strong Skills In The Following Areas
Lytho Workflow or similar creative project management experience
Microsoft Teams and Office skills (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Team player, positive attitude, self‑starter
Ability to think through projects and assess resources
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Highly detailed and organized
