Munck Wilson Mandala is looking for a highly organized, proactive executive assistant to provide administrative support to the firm's Global Managing Partner, other management, and the Executive Committee in the Dallas office. The ideal candidate will anticipate needs, manage priorities, and be comfortable speaking with clients and handling highly sensitive and confidential information. This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail. Excellent written and oral communication skills and top‑notch administrative expertise in a law firm or similar corporate environment is required.
Responsibilities
Manage and maintain Managing Partner’s calendar and schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
Prepare agendas, materials, and PowerPoint presentations
Monitor and respond to emails and document requests
Draft and proofread correspondence, meeting notes, and documents
Handle time entry, expense reports, engagement letters, pre‑bills, and client invoicing
Act as liaison between Managing Partner and others
Client interaction, including scheduling meetings and coordinating follow‑up
Assist with special projects and tasks as required, including supporting firm's Executive Committee, partners and directors as needed
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics
Well‑organized, detail‑oriented, ability to multi‑task with great follow‑up skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
