Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant
AT&T is looking for a bilingual Spanish-speaking retail sales consultant to join our team in Oklahoma City. If you speak Spanish and English, you could earn competitive pay with the potential for uncapped commission and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through device and service options.
Participate in community events, process online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
Work a flexible schedule (9 am–9 pm, including weekends) with seniority‑based schedules available two weeks in advance.
Adapt quickly to a fast‑paced environment and evolving technology to meet customer needs.
Leverage prior retail or customer‑facing experience, or receive training and coaching for those without sales history.
Salary & Commission Base pay ranges from $16.01 to $19.91 per hour. Successful achievement of sales goals can result in commissions totaling up to $62,460 per year.
