Base Pay Range $55,000–$65,000 per year (may flex to $70k)
Additional Compensation Uncapped commission; first year average $15k–$25k

Job Description Insight Global is seeking an Owner Operator Leasing Representative for a client in the Chattanooga area within the transportation and logistics industry. The role is responsible for managing lease relationships with qualified applicants, guiding them through the leasing process from initial consultation to closing, analyzing applicant qualifications, presenting leasing opportunities, and maintaining detailed records using various SaaS tools. Daily responsibilities include high‑volume customer communication via phone and internet, ensuring prompt and enthusiastic service, acting as a liaison between applicants and carrier clients, supporting both parties throughout the leasing process, upholding company policies, contributing to departmental KPIs, and completing special projects as assigned.
Qualifications & Requirements
2+ years of sales or operations experience selling/leasing Class 8 semi‑trucks directly to professional drivers
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Positive, high‑energy professional with a proactive attitude
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferred)
Seniority Level Mid‑Senior Level
