Employee & Partner Engagement Manager Waccamaw Management, LLC

Associa Cares, Associa’s 501(c)(3) nonprofit in the U.S. and registered charity in Canada, which provides disaster relief grants to individuals and communities in crisis, is seeking an Employee and Partner Engagement Manager to help grow employee giving, strengthen external partnerships, and increase mission awareness across North America. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about making a difference through storytelling and building meaningful connections between people and purpose.

Key Responsibilities

Grow and manage employee giving campaigns supporting Associa Cares

Develop and promote inter-office, small-scale ($500 - $2,000) fundraising initiatives that are scalable and replicable

In partnership with the Development Manager, build year-round engagement and recognition opportunities for external partners

In partnership with the Program Manager, develop compelling impact stories and mission focused email marketing and social media content

In partnership with the Executive Director, create a recognition (stewardship) program for Associa branch employees and external donors

Build and implement a robust social media calendar, aligned with mission forward objectives

Daily management of the stewardship program and marketing and social media content

Collaborate with program and development staff, as well as board driven committees, to align engagement initiatives with mission impact

Help grow a sustainable culture of giving across Associa

Travel is not required for this role, though there will be opportunity to travel to various Associa branches for initiatives

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred

3-5 years+ experience in a corporate social responsibility setting or nonprofit overseeing volunteer or employee engagement, or in a similar stakeholder facing communications role. Experience with client/customer success may also be considered

Passion for mission driven work

Strong self-starter

Highly organized with strong follow-through

Strong creative writing skills. Must have the ability to create a mission-driven story around (limited) key information

Experience with social media marketing/story telling

Ability to demonstrate a high level of diplomacy

Ability to build relationships across teams and geographic regions

Comfortable with public speaking

Comfortable leading virtual meetings
