Base pay range:
$60,000.00/yr – $90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
Support and oversee payroll operations for Long Term Care/Skilled Nursing Facilities across multiple facilities in Missouri.
Ensure accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing.
Provide leadership, audits, training, and operational support.
Partner with Payroll, HR, Finance, and Operations teams.
Support payroll system management and acquisitions.
Conduct facility audits and train payroll staff to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
Requirements
Position based in St. Louis, Missouri; applicants must live within a 25‑mile radius.
Regular travel required to facilities for audits, training, and operational support.
Experience managing multi‑state payroll in a complex environment preferred.
Strong knowledge of payroll compliance, audits, time & attendance, and payroll systems.
Leadership experience supporting or managing payroll teams preferred.
