We are an established, multidisciplinary Early Intervention Center seeking a licensed Physical Therapist who is passionate about working with infants and toddlers (birth–3). This is a collaborative, well‑run clinical environment—not a churn‑and‑burn agency.
What You’ll Do
Provide developmentally appropriate PT services to children ages birth–3
Conduct evaluations and ongoing treatment plans
Collaborate with OTs, SLPs, ABA providers, teachers, and service coordinators
Participate in IFSP goal development and progress documentation
Work in a center‑based setting, with optional home/community sessions
What We’re Looking For
NYS‑licensed Physical Therapist
Experience in Early Intervention or pediatrics preferred (new grads welcome with strong pediatric interest)
Solid clinical judgment and documentation skills
Warm, calm, child‑centered approach with families
Reliability, professionalism, and common sense (rare but valued)
