About the Unit
With 2 floors and 165 beds, we provide care for long‑term care residents and post‑acute rehab patients. Nurse‑patient ratios vary by shift and population served. The unit includes a long‑term care wing and a rehab wing, with each floor containing specialty units such as general rehab, neuro rehab, traumatic brain injury, and cancer. We offer integrated services dedicated to compassionate, goal‑oriented care that enables patients to live healthy, active lives to the greatest extent possible.
Located on a 10‑acre campus, our indoor and outdoor spaces are designed to promote independence, strength, and confidence. Two main floor courtyards offer outdoor rest and renewal.
