Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM | No weekends, holidays, or on-call obligations About the Role
As a Clinic Float Pool RN, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient care across multiple ambulatory departments, including primary care and specialty care areas. Float Pool nurses are deployed to departments that need immediate staffing support to help teams maintain seamless operations and uninterrupted patient care. Expect meaningful variety, flexibility, and learning across specialties. The Clinic Float Pool is a stronggroup of 30 RNs and 20 MAs that values connection, support, and teamwork. Why Join Us?

Deliver evidence-based nursing care for diverse ambulatory patient populations Help ensure patients receive exceptional care through phone triage, MyChart communication, medication refills, and occasional procedures Adapt to daily department assignments based on organizational needs Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure smooth daily operations What You'll Need
Required
Associate Degree in Nursing RN license to practice in Wisconsin upon hire RN license to practice in Minnesota and Iowa within 3 months of hire Preferred
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing 6 months of previous nursing experience Ideal Candidate Profile
