Quality Control Technician

Description The Quality Control (QC) Shift Technician has the responsibility of aiding all operators, shift leads, and shift supervisors. Ensuring that all products coming off the production lines are cut to the correct specified dimensions, stacked on the proper size pallets, and are free from any defects. Helping the team maintain quality standards during the manufacturing process, by ensuring that production procedures are being followed throughout the mill, by auditing, random sample collecting, and testing. Running equipment for testing various products and samples. You will be responsible for carrying out tasks assigned by your supervisor while working with other team members, supervisors, and managers. You will be required to work in a safe and courteous manner and ensure that your work area is kept clean and free of any hazards that may impede your ability to perform your job safely.
