We are seeking a full-time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program to provide therapeutic and psychological services to offenders.
Administer screening, develop treatment and education plans, and ensure program standards and quality assurance.
Collaborate with staff on program development, conduct group and individual counseling, and assist with policy implementation.
Prepare reports, facilitate smooth after-care transitions, and participate in staff training.
Maintain documentation, adhere to licensing requirements, and complete ongoing training annually.
Work in a climate-controlled environment, with shifts including afternoons, evenings, and occasional weekends, possibly on-call.
Qualifications include a Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology, 5+ years of relevant experience, and Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC). Preferred experience includes working with offenders, correctional settings, and knowledge of therapeutic models like MRT or cognitive behavioral therapy.
The role offers competitive pay ($25-$30/hr), comprehensive benefits, and requires relocation to Lewistown, MT.
Note: Must be able to work in person, with strong organizational, communication, and assessment skills.
