Position Summary
Full‑time Mental Health Professional for the NEXUS Program providing therapeutic and psychological services to offenders in Lewistown, MT.
Responsibilities
Administer screening processes and develop treatment & education plans.
Ensure program quality, conduct audits, and collaborate on program evaluation and reporting.
Facilitate group sessions, provide individual counseling, train staff, and support after‑care transitions.
Document client interactions and maintain accurate records.
Manage time effectively in a climate‑controlled, indoor setting with flexible shifts and occasional travel.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Social Work or Psychology/Counseling.
Five years of relevant experience and current Montana licensure (LSW or LCPC).
Experience working with offenders or in correctional environments preferred.
Familiarity with therapeutic models such as cognitive behavioral therapy and MRT.
Strong organizational, communication, and assessment skills; proficiency in documentation.
