The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) performs direct patient care under the direct supervision of an RN or LPN/LVN or other licensed medical professional. The CNA/NA performs a variety of individualized patient care activities and related non-professional services necessary in caring for the personal needs and comforts of patients.
Minimum Requirements
Prefer one year experience as a certified nursing assistant within the last three years
Graduate from certified nursing assistant program with subsequent documentation as a certified nursing assistant per state requirements with proof of verification as being an active certification and in good standing
Knowledge of medical terminology and knowledge of clerical functions
Current CPR if applicable
TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x‑ray if applicable
Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation)
Must meet all federal, state and local requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age
Location: Pueblo, Colorado
Position: Certified Nursing Assistant – Psychiatric Unit
Schedule: 48 hrs/wk (4x12 hr shifts)
Shift: Days or Nights
Start Date: February 16, 2026
Contract Length: 26 weeks (with potential to extend)
Weekly Gross Pay: $1,685/week
Pay Package Breakdown:
48 hrs/wk Total Weekly Gross: $1,685/week
Untaxed Housing Stipend: $500/week
Untaxed Meals & Incidentals Stipend: $225/week
Hourly Rate (Taxable): $15/hour
Overtime Rate: $45/hour
