Job Title
Speech Language Pathologist Evaluator
Location New York City, NY (Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, Staten Island)
Compensation $135.00/hr - $190.00/hr (based on experience and education)
Job Overview Achieve Beyond is a collaborative, high‑quality provider of pediatric therapy services, including ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, Physical Therapy, and Special Education/SEIT. We focus on evaluations and ongoing services in homes, community, and clinic settings throughout the New York metropolitan area.
Responsibilities
Provide pediatric therapy services and evaluations to children aged birth‑21 in natural settings.
Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement.
Work in diverse settings: client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
Follow the unique therapy plan established for each family/child, plan for ongoing treatment, and address identified goals while documenting progress.
Prepare progress reports as indicated.
Maintain child records and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA, state, and federal regulations; submit required records within established timelines.
Qualifications
Must have a passion for working with children and families.
NYS Licensed Speech Language Pathologist.
Self‑motivated, team player, patient, and professional.
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases (personal vehicle, walking, public transportation).
Ability to ascend/descend staircases, lift 10 lbs, sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods.
