This role is based in Bronx, NY with caseloads available throughout the five boroughs of New York City.
Base pay range: $66.00/hr–$120.00/hr. Compensation will be based on experience and education.
We are a multidisciplinary agency specializing in ABA, Speech, Occupational, Social Work, Physical Therapy, and Special Education services serving children and families across New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Delaware, Maryland, and the northern Virginia/DC area.
Job Responsibilities
Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth‑21 years in natural settings.
Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies for active involvement and carry‑over.
Work in diverse settings including client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and other community settings.
Follow the unique therapy plan for each family/child, plan for ongoing treatment, address identified goals, and document progress.
Prepare progress reports as required.
Maintain child records and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations. Submit records within established timelines.
Requirements
Passion for working with children and families.
Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in New York State.
Self‑motivated, team player, patient, and professional.
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Must be able to travel to assigned cases (personal vehicle, walking, or public transportation).
Ability to ascend and descend staircases.
Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, or crawl for extended periods of time.
