Role Description We are seeking a full‑time Healthcare Design Project Architect | Manager to join our team on‑site in Madison, WI. The individual in this role will lead and coordinate architectural design projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities
Develop design concepts and manage project schedules.
Prepare submittals and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high‑quality results.
Oversee progress and ensure compliance with applicable codes, client standards, and sustainability targets.
Qualifications
Expertise in architecture and project management with demonstrated experience in planning, designing, and overseeing projects.
Proficiency in Building Information Modeling (BIM) and handling design documentation such as submittals.
Knowledge of sustainable design principles and LEED practices.
Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
Licensure as a registered architect or working toward licensure; NCARB certification is a plus.
Prior experience in healthcare or senior living project design and delivery is preferred.
