Conduct comprehensive assessments of speech, language, voice, and swallowing using standardized tests and observations; diagnose student needs. Implement evidence‑based therapies and monitor progress; adjust treatment plans as needed. Educate and support students and families about disorders, strategies, and daily communication improvement. Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, progress, and treatment plans. Collaborate with other healthcare providers and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings. Qualifications
Degree in Speech Language Pathology from an accredited institution. Valid state licensure as a Speech‑Language Pathologist (or license‑eligible). ASHA certification (CCC‑SLP) preferred. Strong assessment, diagnostic, and therapeutic skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in diagnostic tools, therapy equipment, relevant software, electronic health record systems.
