Atlas Rehab and Wellness Center is seeking a PRN Speech‑Language Pathologist to serve as the consulting SLP for two group home locations in Geneva, Ohio. This is a flexible, low‑stress role perfect for a therapist who enjoys personalized care in a residential setting.
What You’ll Do
Conduct speech, language, cognitive‑communication, and swallowing evaluations for new admissions and changes in condition.
Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet residents’ communication and swallowing needs.
Provide staff education and support regarding communication strategies and safe swallowing practices.
Collaborate with caregivers, vendors, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure each resident receives the highest quality of life.
Offer expert guidance and recommendations that promote communication, independence, and comfort.
