Base pay range
$25.00/hr - $29.00/hr
We are seeking a dedicated PRN Licensed Dental Assistant to join our team in Hawley, MN. Our flexible staffing model allows you to choose your schedule, providing you with the work-life balance you need while contributing to exceptional patient care. As an integral part of our dental team, you will assist in various dental procedures and ensure a seamless patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist dentists in all aspects of patient care, including procedures and exams
Prepare treatment rooms and sterilize instruments according to infection control protocols
Take and develop dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care
Maintain accurate patient records and assist with scheduling and administrative tasks as needed
Ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment
Travel as needed to support community sites, which may include driving a company vehicle or personal transportation when necessary
Requirements
High school diploma or GED required
Completion of an accredited dental assisting program
Active Minnesota Licensure, DAND Certification, and/or other state jurisprudence requirements to perform designated tasks
Current CPR (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or Red Cross
Effective oral and written communication skills in English (Spanish proficiency preferred based on clinic location)
Valid driver’s license and ability to be added to the company car insurance roster highly preferred
