What You’ll Accomplish Our Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support for members of our Executive Leadership Team (SVP of Sales, Chief Marketing Officer, Chief Supply Chain Officer, and others) while also providing backup to our Senior Executive Assistant and front‑desk reception. This person will handle administrative tasks for each function. This position is based out of our Burlington office, five days a week, and will report directly to the Chief People Officer.

Core Responsibilities

Calendar management

Corporate credit card management

Travel planning

Trade show coordination/logistics

Program and event planning and execution – Marketing recognition programs, learning event coordination, sales meetings and marketing meetings

Marketing operations and logistic support – coupon fulfillment, project support, onboarding new hires, survey management

Marketing creative & cultural contributions – team events, "vibe curator", swag and style steward

Manage purchase orders, invoice receipt and submittals, and expense reports

Updating basic sales reports and weekly sales communication

Managing the sales sample process

Create and edit presentation PowerPoint decks

Assist with employee engagement activities

Respond to inquiries from both internal and external parties in a timely fashion

Maintain confidentiality of information

Represent Wellness Pet and the Executive Leadership Team professionally

Role Requirements For this specific role, we are seeking an enthusiastic and committed administrative professional to join our team. This position requires great time management, a high level of attention to detail, a polished personal presentation, and proven follow‑through.

A minimum of an associate’s degree

A minimum of five years of experience in an executive administrative support role

Strong written communication skills – able to draft and edit communications

Microsoft Outlook power user – can manage multiple calendars and inboxes

Strong Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel skills – can create and edit slides and spreadsheets

Experience with Microsoft Teams or a similar messaging and file management platform

Experience with Concur or similar expense management software

A proven ability to hold confidentiality

The ability to organize and prioritize information and tasks

Adeptness at managing changing priorities and communicating on the fly

A positive attitude and a proactive approach
