$47,500 + Uncapped Commission (OTE $75‑80,000 year one)

We deliver our capabilities through a curated group of six brands, each specializing in supply chain, life sciences, technology, and regulatory & legal markets where there is a relentless supply‑demand imbalance.
Our business is unique in many ways, including organic growth, proprietary training, and deep expertise in highly technical, specialist end markets.
Responsibilities
Full‑cycle recruiting for mid to senior/executive level candidates across micro‑specialized industries.
Develop new business with potential clients while maintaining relationships with existing clients from startups to Fortune 10 companies.
Act as a consultant for both clients and candidates to ensure a smooth hiring process.
Earn uncapped commission on successful placements.
Qualifications
Strong work ethic and proven track record.
Drive for a sales‑focused environment.
Goal‑ and metric‑oriented mindset.
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
Bachelor’s Degree (strongly preferred).
Compensation & Benefits
$47,500 base salary + unlimited commission (average 1st year OTE $75‑85k).
No threshold, quota, or draw limits.
