Overview
This is a seasonal position from April-October. Housing provided at $10/day.
Key Responsibilities
Communicating with housekeeping staff on rooms to be cleaned and special requests
Inspecting guestrooms and public areas
Communicating with appropriate departments on statuses
Following up on guest complaints/requests
Assisting in training, coaching and development of team members
Qualifications
Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other team members
2 years prior housekeeping experience
Read, write and speak English fluently
The ability to communicate in Spanish is helpful
Knowledge of scheduling and productivity
High school math level required
