Overview This posting is for IN COUNTRY H2B's looking for extensions only. Must have an I94 valid till at least 4/1/2026 and be able to work April/May through the end of October. If you do not need visa sponsorship, please apply for the seasonal (non-H2B) positions posted. We are not able to accept any OUT OF COUNTRY applicants for this job posting. Housing is available at $10/day.

Responsibilities We're seeking a highly motivated and skilled Culinary Supervisor to join our team! Culinary Supervisors will be responsible for preparing, seasoning, and cooking soups, meats, vegetables, desserts, and other food items in a restaurant, directly supervising and coordinating activities of workers engaged in preparing food, consulting with supervising staff to plan menus, and assisting the Chef in relaying instructions to the Kitchen Team when the Chef is not in the kitchen. May supervise up to fifty (50) Cooks and Prep Cooks. If you're passionate about food and have experience leading a culinary team, we'd love to hear from you!

Qualifications

One (1) year of culinary experience in a fine-dining or high-volume environment at a high-end restaurant, resort, or private club required.
