Receptionist to $60K – Client-Facing Opportunity! Our client, a leading law firm, is seeking a Receptionist to deliver exceptional front‑desk and office support while ensuring a welcoming environment for clients and staff. In this role, you'll manage reception duties, coordinate meeting logistics, and assist with catering and office services.

Base pay range $50,000.00/yr - $60,000.00/yr

Responsibilities and Qualifications

Greeting visitors and providing outstanding customer service; managing phone lines and scheduling conference rooms; coordinating meeting set‑ups and catering arrangements; maintaining inventory of office and kitchen supplies; supporting mail and courier distribution; assisting with internal office moves and workspace readiness; and ensuring shared spaces remain clean and organized.

The ideal candidate possesses exceptional interpersonal and communication skills; strong attention to detail and organizational ability; proficiency in MS Office and scheduling tools; flexibility to handle urgent requests and occasional overtime; and a collaborative, team‑oriented mindset.
